Phyllis Coffey

Phyllis has played a vital role in United Country Coffey Realty and Auction since she and Jimmie Dean founded the company in 1983. Phyllis serves as the Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer and holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License. Phyllis has an extensive knowledge of Real Estate sales and listings as well as Auction Related Marketing, Accounting Systems, Computerized "Radio Transmitted" Clerking/Cashiering Techniques and Equipment. Her expertise provides smooth, accurate and timely registration, checkout and seller reports that have become expected of a professional Auction company. Phyllis is a Benefit Auction Specialist and has a Certified Auctioneers Institute certification. She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and is active in the NAA Auxiliary. Phyllis is the past president of the Indiana Auctioneers Association Auxiliary and was inducted into the IAA Auxiliary hall of fame in 2013. Phyllis is involved in their church, small group and sings on the praise team. She and Jimmie Dean have been blessed with two children, Christa & Cody, who are also very involved in the family business. She has one adorable grandchild, Landon, that she is crazy about. Phyllis is a member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS® and the Indiana and National Association of REALTORS®.
